Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. Taking the step to start therapy is a powerful act of self-care, and I am dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard.

Over the past 6 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, and families navigating life's challenges. My primary areas of focus include anxiety, relationship dynamics, anger management/impulse concerns, and cultural or ethnic issues, alongside support for depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and substance use. Your unique story is welcome here.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership built on trust and genuine connection. My style is warm and deeply encouraging, yet interactive and focused on helping you heal and grow.

Because no two people are alike, I tailor our sessions to your specific needs, drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). When working with couples and families, I integrate specialized behavioral and psychoeducational techniques to improve communication, restore connection, and strengthen bonds.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where you can ease into the process. We will take time to get to know each other, chat about what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out—we will move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave our first conversation feeling deeply supported, lighter, and with a clear, collaborative vision of how we can work together toward your peace and well-being.
