Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist who truly gets your background, your family, and your story, without needing you to translate yourself first, makes all the difference. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a wide range of experiences: trauma, addiction and recovery, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and family stress of all kinds. I've worked alongside refugees, sexual assault survivors, people navigating dementia and memory loss, and individuals within the criminal legal system, in settings ranging from public schools to treatment facilities. My practice is inclusive, culturally affirming, and antiracist, and I am proudly LGBTQIA+ affirming. You don't have to leave any part of yourself at the door here.

My approach to therapy

I tailor our work to you, not the other way around. You are the expert on your own life, and our sessions are built around your pace, your goals, and your vision for where you want to go. Whether we're working through trauma, navigating recovery, untangling family dynamics, or managing the day-to-day weight of anxiety or mood shifts, what we build together will be practical, honest, and genuinely collaborative. I find that the people I work best with are ready to do the real work and want a partner who will be flexible, direct, and fully in their corner. There is also room to process, reflect, laugh, and plan. This doesn't have to be heavy all the time.

What you can expect from me

It takes real courage to ask for help, and finding someone who makes you feel safe and valued matters. In our first session, we'll get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you enjoy about your life, and what you'd like to change. You'll have space to ask me anything about my style, the process, and what you need from me as a fellow collaborator. From there, we'll build a plan together rooted in your vision for your future. If you're ready to take that first step, I'd love to connect.
