Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed independent counselor and social worker who's passionate about supporting individuals, couples and families. I’ve worked with people from various backgrounds, including children, youth, older adults with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, refugees, and sexual assault survivors. I've worked in public schools, prisons, and treatment facilities. Outside of my practice, I currently work with Northern Arizona University’s Department of Social Work.

My approach to therapy

I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. You're the expert, and together, we'll create a plan that works for you at your pace! I provide an inclusive, culturally affirming, anti-racist, and non-judgmental space for us to process, reflect, laugh, and plan.

What you can expect from me

It takes a lot of courage to ask for help, and it's important to work with someone that makes you feel safe and valued. During our first session, we'll get to know each other. We'll explore what brought you to therapy, what you enjoy about your life, and what you'd like to change. You'll have an opportunity to ask me questions about my style, about the therapeutic process, and what you'll need from me as a fellow collaborator. We'll create a blueprint for our work together, which will be based on your vision for your future!
