Great to meet you!

I believe healing is a collaborative process, and that working through painful experiences can help create meaningful movement toward your emotional and life goals. I offer a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

My work is client-centered and focused on helping people better understand patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that may no longer be serving them. I support clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, grief, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, anger management, codependency, spirituality, and mood-related concerns. I also work with clients facing career issues, peer relationship difficulties, cancer-related emotional challenges, and men’s and women’s issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe each person’s healing process is unique, so I work alongside clients to create goals that reflect their needs, values, and lived experiences.

In our work together, I help clients explore ineffective patterns of thinking and being, build insight, and develop healthier ways of coping and responding. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where clients feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and empowered enough to make meaningful changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space to begin sharing their story. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process.

This first session is also an opportunity for us to begin identifying important patterns, clarify your goals, and make sure therapy feels like a good fit for you. My intention is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we begin building a path toward healing and growth together.
