Great to meet you!

I graduated from Pepperdine University and have been licensed since 2009. I have extensive experience working with children and families struggling with anxiety, depression, symptoms of trauma and natural life stressors. I have supervised Intern and Licensed Clinicians and have enjoyed serving diverse populations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe every single person can benefit from a safe space to explore the impact of past and present circumstances. A trusting relationship is most important and I use CBT, empowering, and eclectic approaches in therapy to help you identify triggers and adaptive coping strategies to improve your quality of life.

What you can expect from our first session

After sessions, I hope you have gained insight into your internal thoughts and feelings and have begun to understand how your thoughts impact your feelings and actions. I will help you explore your choices and responses to ongoing stressors that are impacting your quality of life.
