Great to meet you!

Hello, dear one, and welcome. I'm so glad you're here.

I work with the women who feel everything — the ones who need more recovery time than everyone around them, who've been called "too sensitive" or "too much" by people who never had to carry what you carry. You're not too much. Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was built to do.

This space is for those somewhere in the unraveling — exhausted, questioning, or just ready to stop abandoning themselves. I help you stop treating your anxiety, your weariness, your anger, your doubt, your loneliness, or the heaviness you can't quite name as problems to fix. You aren't broken — you are responding to what was asked of you. I help you figure out what a different response looks like, at the pace you decide.

The women I work with are leaving a faith that no longer fits, questioning who taught them to distrust their body and intuition, or untangling the beliefs that drive them to hustle harder, earn their rest, or make themselves small to keep others comfortable. This is a safe place to stop performing and start asking the questions you learned not to ask. Many of these women are the ones who hold everything together — the high achiever, the one everyone calls for advice, the one who looks fine from the outside while running on empty. Burnout isn't a personal failing here. It's what happens when you've been rewarded for ignoring your own needs and limits for too long.

My approach to therapy

We work with more than your thoughts. Your body remembers what your mind has tried to talk itself out of, so we pay attention to both. I meet the different parts of you as they show up — the one who performs, the one who protects, the one who's running on empty, and the one who just wants to stop — without asking any of them to stay quiet.

What you can expect from me

As we begin our work together, we'll talk through what brought you to therapy, what's felt hardest lately, and what you're hoping will feel different. I'll ask about your history and current life, and you're always welcome to share only what feels comfortable. By the end, you'll have a sense of how I work, and we'll start shaping a plan together at a pace that feels realistic for you. There's no pressure to have it all figured out on day one.
