Great to meet you!

I am a Connecticut-licensed clinical social worker with experience supporting people through grief, major life transitions, and complex care needs. My background as a hospice social worker has given me the opportunity to work with individuals and families across home, nursing facility, and assisted living settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative. I draw on my experience in grief support and case management to help clients feel heard, better understand their needs, and identify meaningful next steps. I primarily offer telehealth and strive to create a supportive space where clients can explore challenges at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Patients can expect a welcoming, low-pressure conversation focused on getting to know them, understanding what brings them to therapy, and identifying the support they are looking for. We will discuss their goals, relevant background, and any current challenges, while making space for questions about the therapy process. Together, we will begin developing a practical plan for care that feels comfortable and meaningful to them.
