My name is Tanya Anderson and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adult individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma and grief. I help by providing a person-centered and trauma-informed approach where you will be heard and we will focus on your strengths. I practice a variety of interventions including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Supportive Therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our first few sessions, we will get to know one another and build an alliance based on trust and empathy. Together, we will develop a plan based on your desired change and goals. My practice is unique because we are each unique and therefore, I know and value that you are the expert on you.
