Great to meet you!

I am a therapist with over 25 years of experience. I enjoy working with clients with issues related to family, relationships, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also understand the complexities of race, culture, gender identity, and sexual orientation and how these identities overlap and shape people in unique ways.

My approach to therapy

It takes a lot of courage to engage in therapy. At some point in life, we can all benefit from speaking with an objective professional. Welcome to the next step in your journey!

I treat the first couple of sessions as a consultation where I provide the space for folks to tell their story and help identify goals for therapy. Therapy is an important relationship and it is essential for the client and therapist to establish a working connection.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and compassionate approach. I will challenge you when needed, but I will always be gentle and supportive in my approach.
