Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, empathy, and practical support. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and valued.

I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. I believe that every person has strengths that can be used to overcome obstacles and create meaningful change. My goal is to help clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s difficulties.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based. I recognize that each individual’s experiences and needs are unique, so I tailor treatment to support each client’s personal goals. I utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, to help clients gain insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical skills for managing stress and emotional challenges.

I believe therapy works best when there is a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and authenticity. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore barriers to growth, and work toward creating positive and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for treatment. This session is an opportunity for you to share your story at your own pace and ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.

My goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable space where you feel supported and understood. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying your goals and discuss a plan for moving forward together. Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge or looking for personal growth, I am committed to helping you feel empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.
