Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. My approach is trauma‐informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in compassion. I work collaboratively, at your pace, and without judgment. You can expect me to be honest, supportive, and consistent as we explore patterns, build skills, and work toward the life you want. My goal is to help you feel empowered, capable, and more connected to yourself and others. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you uncover your strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change. I meet you where you are and support you in moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma‐informed, client‐centered, and grounded in compassion. I believe people heal best when they feel safe, respected, and understood. I work collaboratively and at your pace, helping you explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical skills for navigating emotions, relationships, and daily stress. I integrate evidence‐based practices to support healing, resilience, and long‐term growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you—your story, your strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll talk about what feels most important to you right now, explore your goals, and discuss what therapy can look like at your pace. There is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.

Your first session will also include a review of confidentiality, an opportunity to discuss your history and current concerns, and time for you to ask questions about the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll identify the areas you’d like to work on and begin creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your long‐term wellbeing. My priority is helping you feel safe, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
