Great to meet you!

I help children, adolescents, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, grief, and life’s challenges so they can feel more confident, resilient, and connected to themselves. If you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else and feel like you’ve lost yourself along the way, therapy can help you reconnect with your needs, build healthy coping skills, and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and strength-based. With over eight years of clinical social work experience, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families through a variety of challenges and life transitions. I create a warm, collaborative space where we can build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Change begins with the decision to prioritize yourself. If you're ready to take that step, I invite you to reach out and schedule your first session. Together, we can begin exploring your goals, building confidence, and creating a greater sense of balance and peace in your life.
