Great to meet you!

You've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that somewhere along the way, you stopped taking care of yourself. If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, anger, or the weight of life's demands, you don't have to keep carrying it alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood without judgment, and begin building practical tools that help you heal, regain confidence, and move toward the life you want—one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and strength-based. With over eight years of clinical social work experience, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families across community mental health, crisis intervention, medical social work, Child Protective Services, and hospice. I empower clients to build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Change begins with a single decision to prioritize yourself. If you're ready to take that step, I'd be honored to support you. I invite you to schedule your first session so we can begin working toward the life you want.
