Great to meet you!

Seeking support takes courage, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in educational settings. I take a compassionate and practical approach and work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, LGBTQIA+ concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My work is trauma informed and grounded in attachment theory, neuroscience, somatic interventions, and other evidence based approaches. Together, we will explore how your experiences have shaped you and gently reconnect you with your strengths. I pay close attention to the mind body connection and help you build tools to calm your nervous system, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward a life that feels more aligned.

What you can expect from me

Your comfort and trust are the foundation for doing the hard work of change, so we will move at a pace that feels manageable for you. In our first session, I will gather background information and listen to what is bringing you to therapy now. From there, we will collaborate on a treatment plan that reflects your goals, values, and priorities.
