Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker who takes a friendly, supportive approach in every session. I utilize evidence-based tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy (bSFT) to assist individuals in overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for as we work together toward healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, warm, and collaborative. We learn together as I draw on evidence‐based methods like CBT and bSFT, staying flexible so we can find what truly fits you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, relaxed space where they can settle in and feel comfortable right away. During our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to work on, and what kind of support feels right for you. I’ll also share a bit about myself and how I approach therapy, so you know exactly what to expect. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of our plan and a feeling of being understood, supported, and genuinely cared for as we begin this work together.
