Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW with 16 years of experience working with those impacted by substance use and mental health. I support clients with relationship challenges, trauma, substance use recovery, mental health experiences, grief, and life transitions. Together we may build coping skills, process difficult experiences, strengthen support systems, and set achievable healing milestones. You can expect empowerment in your healing, self-trust, increased resilience, and emotional regulation.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens in relationship, not perfection — so I show up authentically, with curiosity, warmth, and compassion. I support clients working through recovery, trauma, anxiety, grief, and major life changes. My style blends grounding techniques, strengths-based work, somatic awareness, and space to process experiences at your pace. We work together to build safety, self-trust, and emotional regulation, while exploring meaning, identity, and future goals. Therapy shouldn’t feel like judgment — it should feel like support, understanding, and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is about connection and curiosity — getting a sense of where you are, what you’ve been carrying, and where you want to go. We talk about what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can work together to help you feel more grounded, supported, and hopeful. My goal is that you leave feeling understood, not alone, and with a sense of direction.
