Great to meet you!

I am a psychologist who specializes in work with couples and adults. As a therapist, my mission is to foster a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. My approach is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and the belief that everyone has the capacity for healing and transformation.

My approach to therapy

With individuals, I practice a kind of therapy called Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), which helps clients work through emotional pain and recover their innate sense of agency and vitality. With couples, I practice Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Relationships are the cornerstone of our wellbeing, yet many couples find themselves struggling with communication, intimacy, and trust. EFT can help you move from cycles of conflict and disconnection to patterns of empathy and emotional closeness, leading to a more resilient, connected partnership.

What you can expect from me

I deeply understand and respect the courage it takes to seek help from a vulnerable place. In a first session with me, you can expect me to be active and engaged. I’ll jump in with questions and thoughts, but also help you slow down and focus on what’s most important. Over time, I will work with you closely to understand first what your goals are and how we can meet them together—whether it’s to feel better if you're experiencing anxiety or depression, make a change in some aspect of your life, improve your relationships, or simply understand yourself better.
