Great to meet you!

I am looking forward to connecting with you. I admire your courage and bravery in your mental health journey.

As a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Emergency Services and Mobile Crisis, I primarily work with frontline workers and first responders struggling with burnout, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use.

I bring a unique peer approach to the therapeutic relationship, and believe the silent struggle and mental health stigma must be challenged in order to build resilience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy with my clients in a respectful and collaborative manner, and believe frontline workers and first responders need specialized care that comes from a place of understanding the unique jobs they have and the types of trauma they experience on a day to day basis.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to start off the first session with getting to know you and what your goals are for therapy. If you don't know your goals, no worries! That can be something we work together on.

I may also ask some questions about your history, your social supports, and other aspects that make up your identity, as I see my clients as multiplex individuals with their own unique story's.

After we create a flexible treatment plan together, we can begin working on achieving your goals!
