Great to meet you!

I am currently open to working with individuals aged 18 and older, focusing on mental health, coping skills, trauma, grief, and loss. My experience includes working with people with disabilities, addiction, community mental health, inpatient palliative care, and outpatient intensive care settings. I hold a Master of Social Work from George Mason University. I believe therapy is a place for people to grow, learn about themselves, and understand those around them. Let's work together to bring about empowerment and change!

My approach to therapy

I create a comfortable environment through a relational approach.

What you can expect from me

Most important is to create a safe and trusting working relationship. Establishing norms and expectations as well. The first session is especially helpful for finding a common ground and exploring goals for therapy.
