I have over 21 years of experience partnering with adults and their families as a Mental Health Registered Nurse and the last 4 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am licensed in the state of VA and I am currently working on an additional certification in complex trauma.
I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where you don't have to hold everything together. My approach is collaborative, focused on helping you feel more balanced and less drained. For individuals experiencing first-episode psychosis, I offer education, and grounded support aimed at reducing distress, and restoring a sense of security and purpose.
In our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and begin to understand your goals for our work together. From there, we'll decide together the most supportive path forward.
