Tanya Reynolds

I’m a proud mother of three, a dog mom, and an avid baker who enjoys taking RV trips with my family. My journey in healthcare began 17 years ago as a pediatric ER nurse, where I developed a deep passion for caring for others. Later, I returned to school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, working in settings ranging from residential adolescent psychiatric care to pediatric urgent care. My dedication to mental health led me to earn a post-graduate certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

My approach to care is rooted in attentive listening. I strive to ensure that you feel truly heard and understood, helping you work toward your best self while minimizing unnecessary reliance on medication. Empathy guides every aspect of my care.

During our sessions, you can expect compassionate, holistic care that’s tailored to your individual needs. I work with both children and adults to address a variety of conditions, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, sleep disorders, Autism, and anger management. My goal is to genuinely partner with you on your journey toward better mental health and overall well-being.
