Great to meet you!
Hi, I'm Tanya. I have 8+ years of experience specializing in treating substance use, sexual identity, trauma, and mood/anxiety disorders.
I came to this work through a genuine calling to serve people who too often find themselves without adequate support. Growing up and building my life in rural Montana gave me firsthand understanding of what it means to live far from resources, to navigate systems that weren't designed with your community in mind, and to rely on resilience when help is hard to find.
I earned my Master's degree with a specialization in Addiction and Substance Use Disorders and a minor in Native American Studies, which deepened my appreciation for the power of story, culture, and communication in healing — values that remain central to my clinical work today. I am a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Addictions Counselor, and I've built a practice grounded in specialized, compassionate care for some of the most complex and underserved populations in Montana.
Most importantly, I bring my whole self to this work — curiosity, honesty, warmth, and an unwavering belief that every person deserves care that truly fits who they are.
