I am a Bilingual LCSW. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Social Worker from Columbia University. I have a 25-year work history in trauma informed practice, restorative practice and direct clinical practice. I treat individuals with depression, anxiety and trauma. I use such approaches such as CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing , Solution Focused and Trauma-informed treatment.
