My approach to therapy

I believe that my clients have the power within them to do anything they strive to do. Therapy doesn’t need to be boring or painful, therapy can be sharing, fun, silent or talkative, focused or relax, and sometimes even humorous. Therapy will be what you want it to be because it is your time, you story, you are in the driver seat and my job is to help you find this power so that you are able to live your life to the fullest.
