Great to meet you!

I’m here to help you!

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am deeply committed to the belief that prioritizing mental health is essential for achieving happiness and stability in life. The journey toward mental wellness can often be daunting, and seeking help is frequently one of the most challenging steps an individual can take. Therefore, I commend you for taking that courageous first step toward better mental health!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My Role as Your Psychiatric Provider

I believe that every individual is unique and therefore their journey to mental health should be tailored to fit their specific needs and experiences. My approach is to create a safe space where you feel respected and heard, to establish trust and encourage open communication. Whether its anxiety, depression, insomnia or any other mental health challenges, together we will find a treatment option that works best for you.

What you can expect from our first session

What to expect from our first appointment

Our first appointment will serve as an introductory meeting where you’ll share your mental health background, your family history, and your current mental health concerns, then we will identify your particular needs and choose a treatment option specific to your needs. Then you will have follow-up appointments to review your progress and to make adjustments as needed.
