Great to meet you!

Not only has my education prepared me to be the counselor I am today but so have the many challenges I faced throughout my life. I am the woman I am today because I too started down the path of self-exploration, self-acceptance, and self-love. I have a passion for sharing this discovery with others. I no longer consider myself a survivor, I am a THRIVER!! I would be honored to support you on your journey of wellness.

My approach to therapy

As a dedicated and compassionate counselor, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, challenges in relationships, addiction, or a desire to live more authentically, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s holding you back and begin to move forward.

I understand that life’s transitions—whether unexpected or long-anticipated—can bring up overwhelming emotions like fear, confusion, or uncertainty. You don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we’ll explore both the internal and external factors influencing your current situation, always honoring your unique experiences, background, and needs.

My approach is warm and collaborative. I help individuals and couples navigate dating, intimacy, and communication. Together, we’ll work toward your goals—whether it's emotional growth, stronger relationships, or a more fulfilling life. I'm here to support you with empathy and care every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During our initial phone consultation, we’ll have an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss your reasons for seeking counseling. I’ll listen to your concerns and ask some questions to better understand your unique situation.

We’ll discuss the frequency of sessions, the length of treatment, and any other relevant details to help you feel comfortable and confident in our therapeutic relationship.

As we continue our counseling relationship we will check in often.
