I will help you overcome your personal obstacles and maximize your potential. I can help you gain awareness and control of your emotions, build improved relationships with others, and effect positive practical changes in your life.
In my work with couples, I practice Imago Relationship Therapy, a structured, dialogue-based approach that helps couples slow down conflict, really listen to one another, and understand the childhood wounds and unmet needs that often fuel relationship struggles. This creates a safe space where each partner feels seen and valued, and where new patterns of connection can take root.
Treatment can be brief or long-term.
In our first session, I will get to know you, gain an understanding of the areas that you would like to work on. Usually by the end of the first session, we will have an formulation and a deeper insight on how some how some of the experiences you had in your background influenced the impacted some of the issues you are facing today. From there, we will work on both practical strategies and emotional processing in order to make the changes you desire.
