Great to meet you!

About Me: I'm a licensed professional counselor with over 14 years of experience supporting clients through individual, couples, and family therapy. Specializing in trauma and anger management, I’m also trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and certified as an anger management specialist. I have a deep understanding of how life’s challenges can impact well-being and am committed to providing compassionate, effective support to those seeking healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual, working together to address your unique goals. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. With a trauma-informed foundation, I use evidence-based techniques to help you develop skills for managing life’s stressors and processing difficult emotions, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with a deeper understanding of themselves, as well as practical tools and insights for managing their mental and emotional health.
