Great to meet you!

I hold an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health, including infertility, grief and loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I work with individuals and couples from pre-conception and the trying-to-conceive journey through pregnancy and the postpartum season. I am especially passionate about walking alongside moms and dads as they navigate the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that often accompany the fertility journey. My hope is to offer a space that feels safe, compassionate, and grounding—where you feel seen, supported, and not alone during one of life’s most tender and transformative seasons.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is your space—a place to create the healing environment you need.I’m here to guide, challenge, and support you as we explore the possibilities for growth and change. My approach is person-centered and integrates tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMD, and Art Therapy to meet your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a little bit of homework each week to help support their progress toward their goals. They’ll also be given thoughtful topics to reflect on between sessions. Most importantly, clients can expect to connect with another parent—someone who truly understands what they’re going through and where they are in life.
