Great to meet you!

I have had the privilege of offering compassionate care to individuals who are facing a wide range of mental health challenges. My approach is patient-centered with a focus on creating a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and struggles. I am committed to helping each individual work towards improved mental well-being through tailored treatment plans and collaboration.

My approach to therapy

I genuinely care about the client as a whole and want to help them succeed and feel their best. I listen to my patients and take the time to understand their unique experiences. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can feel heard and supported, which fosters trust and comfort during the therapeutic process. Psychiatry is a constantly evolving field, and I make it a priority to stay informed about the latest evidence-based research, treatments, and best practices. This allows me to offer the most up-to-date care possible and ensure that my patients benefit from the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

I want you to feel safe and supported here, and I encourage you to be open as we work together in the therapeutic process and engage actively in your mental health journey. Clients who posses a readiness to explore their emotions, and behaviors while we build a therapeutic relationship. I want my patients to feel comfortable and empowered to voice concerns and ask questions about their care, and understand that change often requires effort and patience with ourselves.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you and your main concerns. We will spend about an hour going through a structured psychiatric assessment at your pace. This will help me get a better understanding of your experiences, strengths, and any challenges you’ve been facing so we can plan the best care for you.
