Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Qualified Supervisor for LMHC interns in Florida, I bring 17 years of experience in the field of counseling. I integrate Somatic Experiencing alongside Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support my clients’ healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is centered on helping you identify and understand the patterns that shape your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe in treating the whole person—not just the mind—and work with you to deepen your awareness as an observer of your inner world. By combining Somatic Experiencing with traditional therapeutic techniques, I help you process emotions through the body and regulate your nervous system.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you are fully seen and heard. I’m committed to creating an environment where you feel safe to explore what you need from therapy. Together, we will discuss your goals and determine if I am the right fit to help you make the changes you seek in your life.
