Great to meet you!

It is the desire of every human being to be loved and to belong. The only true thing that distinguishes us from one another is our experiences and our perspective of those experiences. Your past, the personal struggles and decisions you currently face and the conflicts between you and those you care about does not define you.

What I offer is empathy, compassion, and support with a focus on creating a warm, safe and welcoming environment where you can be heard and understood without judgment.

My approach to therapy

With more than 23 years of clinical experience, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss. I help clients improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, strengthen relationships, heal from childhood experiences and manage the emotional impact of major life changes.

I am committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for individuals of all identities and backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ clients and those seeking gender-affirming support.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients gain insight, build resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard and respected from the very first session.

Our initial meeting is a conversation. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what's working, what's not and what you hope will be different in your life or relationships.

Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and exploring how therapy can support you in creating meaningful change. You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly where to start. I'll meet you where you are.
