Great to meet you!

I am Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I am known for being friendly, personable, and highly relatable, I focus on building strong connections with those I serve. I love to educate and empower the clients I work with.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, patient-centered care grounded in trust, collaboration, and respect. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. My approach is personable and relatable, allowing me to build meaningful connections with those I serve.

I take a holistic and individualized approach to treatment, recognizing that each person’s experience is unique. I incorporate creative, solutions-focused strategies alongside evidence-based practices to support mental wellness and long-term growth.

Above all, I am passionate about the work I do and committed to helping clients feel empowered, supported, and capable of positive change

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you and making sure you feel comfortable and supported. During this session, we’ll talk about what brought you in, your current concerns, and any symptoms you’ve been experiencing. I’ll also ask about your personal history, including medical background, lifestyle, and any past mental health treatment.

This is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where you can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to talk about anything you’re not ready for. We’ll begin identifying your goals and what you’d like to get out of care.

If appropriate, we may also discuss possible diagnoses, treatment options, or medications, and I’ll answer any questions you have along the way.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a better understanding of next steps and a plan that feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
