I offer a safe environment without judgement and encompass compassion where you can talk openly about your concerns and work towards your goals. I strive to empower my clients to be the best version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

Whatever the path may be that brought you here, I am ready to listen with an open mind. People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. I am here to help whether it is navigating through discontentment in your life, struggles within relationships, transitioning careers, seeking balance, or ways to manage everyday stress. Collaboratively, we will work towards balance, improving your overall capacity to lead a successful, productive, happy life.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are geared to help you make connections, from your past, current life, and taking control of your future. The goal is to develop insight into how you think and cope with ongoing life stressors and to develop healthy ways of coping. Life can be very chaotic and I strive to help create moments of calm.
