Great to meet you!

I love working with high-achieving individuals, professionals, helpers, and caregivers. On the outside, you may appear successful and capable, while internally feeling burned out, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You may struggle to set boundaries, slow down without guilt, or feel like you are always carrying more than you show. I help clients navigate burnout, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions with greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist (Level 2 Trained) and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. I primarily utilize IFS with DBT and CBT when helpful, offering depth-oriented therapy that explores the internal patterns that drive over-functioning, self-criticism, or emotional exhaustion while building regulation, self-trust, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My orientation is strength based, present-focused, and solution-oriented. I work within the Internal Family Systems Framework, exploring how to befriend yourself with curiosity, self-compassion, and acceptance decreasing inner conflict and confusion. I utilize mindfulness and somatic practices to create greater connection and trust with your inner experience. I offer DBT and CBT skills and strategies to address cognitive and behavior challenges. We will work together to identify your goals for therapy and discuss what specific treatment modalities are likely to be the best fit for your individual growth. It is important that you feel the work we do together is meaningful, therefore we will periodically review your goals for therapy and feel you are making progress. We will engage in acceptance of your whole self while integrating the changes you desire. Growth is cyclical and sometimes breaks from therapy are indicated to integrate new learning and ways of being. I always invite and open and honest conversation about what will be most beneficial for you on your therapeutic journey.
