Great to meet you!

Counseling any person, no matter where they have come from, or what challenges they are struggling with, is my passion. I enjoy helping people achieve what they desire in this life. Whether it is to have a better marriage, learn how to deal with depression, less anxiety with every new situation that arises, or parenting struggles, I can help. I love helping people to be the very best versions of themselves and giving them the tools to help with varying hurdles in life. I believe we are all struggling with something, and if we aren't currently struggling, we will at some point.

I specialize in clients who deal with anxiety and depression, and relationships. I meet my clients exactly where they are, and help them to navigate these difficult circumstances and life transitions. My hope is that my clients gain the tools they can start using today when they leave our sessions.

Therapy is something we can all benefit from. I invite you to take this brave step and get connected with me, so that I can help you on this journey. You do not have to do this alone. I will be here with you every step of the way, and I am honored to do so.

My approach to therapy

While my approach is direct and client-centered, it is also incredibly empathetic and strengths-based.
