Great to meet you!

Hello! I am Michelle and have worked as a Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years.

I have a background in medical social work, having worked in various settings within the Department of Veterans Affairs. I have served as the Director of Psychological Health for the Missouri National Guard, and currently run my own private practice counseling clinic.

I offer virtual counseling throughout Missouri for adults and couples.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy in a very collaborative way. I encourage self-reflection, growth, and personal development. Seeking therapy is a strength, and we build on this strength to help you work through the challenges in your life.

We use a variety of treatment approaches and tailor you treatment plan to your individual needs.

For our couples work, we are trained in the Gottman Method and use this as the foundation of our work together.

What you can expect from me

I want therapy to be a positive experience for you. We go at your pace and comfort level. We will talk about hard things, but I walk through this with you. Therapy can be such an important tool for healing and growth!
