I am a Licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience helping children, adolescents, couples, families, and adults in a variety of settings. I obtained my Masters degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh and have focused on helping children and adolescents struggling with behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as school and family difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping families, parents, children, adolescents, young adults and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, family conflict/relationship issues, trauma, negative thoughts, and low self esteem. In am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, and more specifically Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
