As a mental health therapist, I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I understand that each person's experiences are unique, so I tailor treatment to meet your individual needs, strengths, and goals.
