Great to meet you!

Hi! I am Tara! I have been working in the mental health field for 10 years in various settings and levels of treatment. I obtained my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Alcohol and Drug Counseling from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Immaculata University in West Chester, PA. I am a licensed mental health therapist and a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor. I work with many different issues.

My approach to therapy

I like to use a modular approach to therapy, pulling from various theories, in an attempt to meet each individual client where they are, and help each person explore the steps to get to where they would like to be. I work to provide a safe, judgement free, accepting, honest, and calm environment.

What you can expect from me

My main goal in therapy is to have my clients leave feeling safe, seen, heard, and understood. There may also be a service/support animal or two in the office to help with the good and bad days 🥰
