Great to meet you!

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner supporting individuals and families in addressing mental health challenges. I provide medication management, genetic testing, and supportive therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I collaborate with patients to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets their unique needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together we will work to ensure the safest and most effective use of psychiatric medications to get you feeling like the best version of yourself.

My practice is trauma-informed, antiracist, body positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I invite you to come as you are! I am particularly passionate about working with those in the perinatal period and supporting you through the process of growing your family. I am perinatal mental health certified.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to develop an environment where patients feel safe to share their most authentic selves and feel empowered to work together toward meaningful solutions. Each session we will evaluate your needs and explore solutions together.
