Great to meet you!

I obtained my undergraduate degree in psychology and my masters degree in social work from Temple University. I obtained my clinical license in 2019. I’ve provided individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy to all age groups but more recently I’ve been specializing in working with older adults. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, relationship issues, inter personal issues and self esteem issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting clients where they are and empowering them to find and embrace the abilities they already possess. I love working with clients who are ready for change. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, more primarily cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered , motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, interpersonal therapy and strength based interventions. My overall focus is on helping clients achieve stability, growth, and long-term mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to process your thoughts. My goal is to help you prioritize what changes you want to see in your life. Together we will look at what is and isn’t working and build new ways of coping and navigating life that feel healthy, productive, fulfilling and peaceful for you.
