Great to meet you!

Over the past 13 years, I have worked with individuals and couples as they address the impact of trauma, challenging life situations, and grief. My clients have often faced some of the most difficult experiences imaginable, and our work together is focused on resolving these traumas, developing a better understanding of self, and creating a more fulfilling life. This can often be done without reliving painful memories.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have bridged my specialized training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with trauma-informed treatment models to provide personalized care. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and have spent 10 years working exclusively with trauma and bereavement within the Dept of Veterans Affairs.

What you can expect from our first session

I am dedicated to creating a comfortable and personal therapeutic experience that is relaxed, non-judgmental, and focused on your concerns. It is my goal to help you discover skills and strategies that will aid you in daily life, while also building better relationships with yourself and others.
