Great to meet you!

As a psychologist with a doctorate in Counseling from Northern Arizona University, I bring over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care. I work with people facing a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, stress, and personal growth. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I view therapy as a partnership, working alongside each client to better understand their experiences, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop effective strategies that support meaningful and lasting change. I work to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel empowered to build resilience, gain insight, and move toward the life they want to live.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll focus on getting to know one another and building a comfortable, trusting connection. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and what has brought you to therapy, while also giving you plenty of opportunity to ask questions about the process and my approach. Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and create a plan that reflects your needs, strengths, and hopes for therapy.
