Hello!

I am excited to build rapport and a professional relationship with you! I will learn the details of your life, both difficult and joyous, and together we will find solutions to assist you in feeling better, finding peace, and restoring you to a healthier level of functioning. I am a licensed, certified, and clinical social worker. I have worked as a mental health therapist for nearly 15 years. My practice focuses on treating youth and their families ages 3-21.

I approach therapy from a holistic and systems perspective. We are all part of and shaped by our families and environments. Each client is unique and deserves a modality that best fits his/her therapy goals and diagnoses. I prefer to communicate with all involved parties (i.e. teachers and other service providers) to ensure that everyone is collaborating and providing best and appropriate practices.

Following the termination of therapy, my clients should identify as stable or higher-functioning and leave equipped with psychoeducation, knowledge, and coping skills to better manage uncomfortable and previously disabling emotions and thoughts. Treatment plan goals should be achieved.
