Welcome! My name is Tara and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned a Masters from The University of Pittsburgh in Clinical Mental Health & Rehabilitation Counseling. I have extensive experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, family & relationship issues, life transitions, and much more.

I believe in an integrative approach, incorporating different interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Strength-based Therapy.
