Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you don't have to have it all together. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals who are used to being the strong one for everyone else but are ready to prioritize their own well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. Together, we'll identify patterns that keep you feeling stuck, strengthen healthy coping skills, and help you create meaningful, lasting change so you can feel more balanced, connected, and authentic in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a supportive, judgment-free environment. My goal is to help you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace while gaining an understanding of what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve.

During our first session, we'll discuss your current concerns, relevant personal history, relationships, strengths, and any challenges that may be affecting your daily life. We'll also identify your goals for therapy and begin developing a plan tailored to your unique needs. You don't have to have all the answers or know exactly where to start—that's what I'm here to help with.

By the end of our session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we'll work together, what to expect from the therapeutic process, and some initial strategies or insights to begin moving toward the life you want to create. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and we'll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
