Great to meet you!

I am clinical social worker who helps individuals and families understand the emotional patterns that shape their relationships. Prior to obtaining my clinical license, I provided therapy to families with children in psychiatric residential treatment.

My work is rooted in attachment theory and the belief that people heal when they feel safe and connected with others. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or caught in cycles of conflict or withdrawal. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build new ways of relating that feel more secure and supportive. My style is calm, steady, and deeply collaborative.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in attachment‐based practice. I help clients identify core emotions, unmet needs, and protective behaviors that developed over time. Sessions focus on creating new emotional experiences that foster safety, clarity, and connection—both internally and in relationships. My style is calm, steady, and collaborative. I offer structure while making space for vulnerability, reflection, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin by exploring your story and what brought you to therapy. I’ll help you slow down, tune into what’s happening beneath the surface, and start naming the emotions that drive your experience. My focus is on creating a safe space to begin this work. From there, we’ll continue building toward new emotional experiences that foster greater security, clarity, and connection.
