Great to meet you!
I am clinical social worker who helps individuals and families understand the emotional patterns that shape their relationships. Prior to obtaining my clinical license, I provided therapy to families with children in psychiatric residential treatment.
My work is rooted in attachment theory and the belief that people heal when they feel safe and connected with others. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or caught in cycles of conflict or withdrawal. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build new ways of relating that feel more secure and supportive. My style is calm, steady, and deeply collaborative.
