Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed with the demands of everyday life and would benefit from a safe space to explore your feelings and emotions? If so, I am here to guide you into finding the best version of yourself. Utilizing evidence-based practice and person-centered whole health approaches to meet your therapy goals. Together we can collectively decide where you are at and what your goals are. My goals are to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also offering practical strategies to navigate stress, build resilience, and foster self-compassion. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. I am also a certified yoga teacher and can incorporate yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness into your treatment needs. I look forward to working with and guiding you toward achieving your goals.

My approach to therapy

Adults, Veterans, and anyone willing to be open and engaged in the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist my goal is to help guide clients in achieving goals and reaching their maximum potential. Empowerment, solution-focused sessions treating the whole person not simply the symptom. I draw from various therapeutic modalities to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. Life happens and being able to pivot as needed during session allows for grace and humility to guide the way.
