Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Instructor. With more than 10 years of experience providing mental health support and services, I have worked in various therapy settings including: inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient community behavior health clinics. In 2019, I completed yoga teacher training and opened a private practice integrating psychotherapy and yogic interventions for emotional support.

My hope is to help people to know their own power in healing themselves emotionally and functionally for more joy and ease in life.

Depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, substance use and relationship challenges can make life very hard.

Using Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Holistic Health approaches, we can quickly identify and start to change the things that negatively impact one's experience.
