My approach to therapy

I have worked with individuals ranging from age 9 through their mid-80s in a variety of settings, including colleges, community services boards, intensive in-home services, detention centers, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and private practice. These experiences allow me to connect with people from many walks of life and meet them with understanding and respect.

I often describe therapy as a “fire drill” for life. Together, we practice practical coping strategies so that when life presents challenges, you already have the tools to respond in a healthy and confident way. My approach is supportive, engaging, and focused on real-life application—creating not just insight, but meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

With over 25 years of experience, I have dedicated my life’s work to helping individuals navigate life with greater ease, clarity, and confidence. Since the age of 18, I’ve felt a deep calling to make a meaningful difference—supporting others through life’s challenges while helping them discover their strength and resilience.I believe therapy is about finding the right fit. I show up as a genuine, down-to-earth therapist who values connection, laughter, and creating a space where you can truly be yourself. My goal is to meet you where you are while helping you grow into where you desire to be.
