Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping people better understand their emotions an dbuild confidence in handling life's challenges.

I work with children, teens and adults for play therapy, individual therapy, couples, and family therapy.

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be honest, move at your own pace, and learn practical tools to help in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I believe people grow best when they feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach s warm, collaborative, empowering, and practical. I often use play, creativity, and conversation to help clinets express feelings and build coping skills.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel a little nerve-wracking, and that's completely normal. The first session is mostly about getting to know each other and talking about what brought you in. You don't have to have the right words or share everything right away. We will move at a pace that feel comfortable for you. Most importantly this is a space where you can be yourself. There is no pressure - just be honest abou where you are right now.
